USA Sales Agent

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team and help us drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account management. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with our technical team to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions that meet those needs. You will also maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and prospects through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that supports monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our products and services

  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs

  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, working to maximize revenue and profitability

  • Manage ongoing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the IT industry, as well as our products and services

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management

  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our company and products

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation technologies

  • Familiarity with the IT industry and its trends and challenges

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with account management and customer relationship management

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to learn and understand technical products and services

  • Willingness to travel as needed for sales meetings and industry events.
